During this time our Computer Support Specialist starts looking into your system and see what exactly is wrong with the system. Depending on the situation we run rigorous tests and take out a page from past experiences to accurately determine the cause.
3.Verification
Before doing any changes to the system we explain what is exactly wrong with the system and the actions needed to make it up and running again.
4. Fixes Applied
This is the fun part, this is the time when we get our hands dirty and apply our earlier proposed fixes.
7. Explanation of Cause
Here we are at the last step where we show off your newly revitalized system and allow test drives before the system is back in your hands. As an extra bonus we also give an explanation why the system broke down and tips on how to better prevent it.
8. Complete!
