Someone is having trouble with their computer and realizes that nothing can be done; what do they do? They look for help from the PCKicks Computer Help Force.  These are some of the ways can be used to request for help; the use of our Support Ticket Centre on the "Get Help" option on the site, directly call our number or just visit our office during service hours.

   2.System Dropped

After the arrangement has been done we set an appointment for you to come to our office and drop by physically for us to start helping you.

   3.System Diagnosed

During this time our qualified Technicians start looking into your system and see what exactly is wrong with the system. We run several rigorous tests to accurately determine the cause.

   4.Customer Explanation

Before doing any changes to the system we explain what is exactly wrong with the system and the actions needed to make it up and running again.

   5. Fix Suites Applied

This is the fun part, this is the time when we get our hands dirty and apply our earlier proposed fixes.

   6. Customer Explanation of Cause and Fixes Applied

Here we are at the last step where we show off your newly revitalized system and allow test drives before giving back the system. As an extra bonus we also give an explanation why the system broke down and tips on how to better prevent it.

    7. Complete!
